It’s Saturday coffee time. I call this my “Navy” mug, though I got it from a guy in the Coast Guard, and I dont think it was from the ship. I was complaining about thin walled mugs not keeping things hot, and he just showed up with it one day. He said, “you have to ask a guy who stands on the bridge for nine hours with a cup.”

I like nice things
Pushbike stuff Embrocations, hydration etc. I seem to be on a grassroots push these days, with Mad Alchemy and Skratch labs, but there’s no way around it just working. Im a long way from being an elite cyclist nowdays so I need all the help I can get.
